Of course, safety is a number one priority and these seats are deemed safe. But the airlines may need to watch out because many people will not be able to sit in these lower cost seats and this may be seen as discrimination by some. Children, the elderly, and those who are handicapped definitely won’t be able to ride in this new seat and issues regarding this will arise meaning that the airlines may need to come up with a solution to offering all inclusive discount seating for everyone.
Around the whole commercial flight experience it appears that the passengers are getting the short end of the stick, as the customer service is declining and everything you touch seems to cost you more money in order to increase their profits.
